Next Generation Optical Particles for Cell Barcoding

LASE has developed its novel laser particle (LP™) technology, which are novel light-emitting particles with nano-to-micron sizes and narrowband emission (<0.2nm) tuned to over 1000 possible wavelengths.

Using their proprietary attachment methods to the cells surface, this enables massively multiplexed barcoding of cells, tracking their data across single-cell and omics platforms.

Achieve Full-Scale Single-Cell Data

LP™ cell barcodes enable single-cell identification and tracking and permits multiple cycles of flow cytometry with the SAME sample. This allows for large and challenging panels to be broken down to smaller, easier to design and more spectrally separated panels.  Flow data sets from separately run cycles are combined into one large FCS file with all the data parameters and ready to analyze.
